Delete Account

Users have the right to delete their Street Buddy account and associated personal data at any time.

To request deletion of your Street Buddy account and related data, please follow one of the methods below:

Option 1: From the app (coming soon)
We are currently working on adding an in-app option that will allow users to delete their account directly.

Option 2: By email (available now)
Send an email from your registered email address to:

Subject: Request for Account Deletion

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your username (if applicable)
   

Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 working days.

Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account information (name, email, login credentials)
• Saved preferences and app activity data
   

Some non-personal data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, as required by law. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
